Terms of Service

Agreement

By using SaaS Sparks, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining its security. Accounts are created via OAuth providers (e.g., Google, GitHub); we do not collect passwords. You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface provided.
• Do not infringe on others’ rights, violate laws, or submit unlawful content.
• Respect rate limits and fair usage policies.

AI outputs

Outputs may be generated by third‑party AI models. You are responsible for reviewing outputs for accuracy and fitness to purpose. We may impose safeguards and content filters.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store card details. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

Ownership of content

You retain ownership of ideas and content you create using SaaS Sparks. We may store prompts and generated outputs to provide history and improve the service, but ownership remains with you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may cancel at any time.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We’ll post updates and the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
