SaaS Sparks ("we", "us") helps you generate and validate product ideas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle your information.

Information we collect

• Account data, such as name, email, and authentication details. Accounts are created using OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, etc.); we do not collect or store passwords.
• Usage data, including interactions, settings, and device/browser information.
• Content you provide to generate outputs (personas, pains, examples, text).
• We do not collect or store card details. All payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

How AI uses your inputs

We send your prompts and relevant context to AI providers to produce tailored outputs. Where possible, we minimize data sent and apply safeguards. We may store prompts and results to improve product quality, provide history, and enable personalization features you opt into.

How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the service.
• Support, troubleshooting, and security (fraud/abuse detection).
• Analytics to understand feature usage and performance.
• Communications about product updates and billing. Billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not process or store card numbers.

Sharing

We share data with vendors who help us operate the service (hosting, analytics, AI, payments). These providers are bound by agreements to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to certain exceptions.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continually improve our safeguards.

Your choices & rights

• Access, update, or delete your information.
• Opt out of non-essential emails.
• Manage cookies in your browser and within our preferences (see Cookies).

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
